Naiad

Naiads are strongly mentioned in Greek Mythology. They are said to be found in lakes, marshes, lakes, fountains and springs, brooks and wells. Naiad's inhabit still waters and are the ancient spirits that still remain in magical waters. Naiad's, also known as water nymphs, are bound to their water, so if a Naiad's home (body of water) dries up then she will die with her water.

Naiads are very dangerous creatures, as they take people thinking that everything belongs to them. In greek history a man named Hylas was taken by Naiads because they were overwhelmed by his beauty. Naiads can also be very dangerous. Naiads can also strongly persuade people with no magical powers, like humans. All stories of Naiads involve unhappy endings, so take a hint - Naiads are not the greatest creatures.

The sea swallows the maiden whole
With a wistful smile on her face
Both corybantic and tranquil
She is stuck in a dark place
Her heart is frozen cold
But burns with a searing fire
Her eyes stare into empty air
And dream of dark desire
